As a registered charity, the Erin Arts Foundation manages Century Church Theatre operations and the Theatre Guild performances. The Erin Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors. CTG has no paid staff or officers. It is run by a Board of Directors elected each spring at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
